"What oil place takes more then 3 hours and making customers just wait and wait. They are keep say long oh we are backed up today just take give out appointments if you don’t have availability. They are terrible. Don’t go there to waist your time."
"I used to like this place before new management took over. I had a 9 a.m. appointment for an oil change and check up. I was told it needed a filter and allignment as well. Here I sit over 5 1/2 hours later still not done and the 2 times I've asked how much longer I'm told 20 minutes which have come and went both times. Honesty and customer service are obviously no longer a priority here."
