"This Starbucks is the best in Winchester. It's my go-to place for studying and a cup of coffee. The drinks taste better than other Starbucks in the area. The employees are polite, hardworking, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for students to study."

They are world class. 2020 Review Simply the best Starbucks I have been to in the past 20 years of patronage. Shannon, Amber, Tylor and the WHOLE CREW are friendly and make me feel welcomed. When I was out of town for three weeks on a business trip and finally came home, the first morning I walked in the door I was greeted like I just arrived and a family holiday gathering. They get me and treat me like family. Thank you to the whole team!"

"I come here a lot. There’s a lot of inconsistencies with the making of the iced shaken espresso. Today what really put me over the edge was the bacon on my sandwich wasn’t even fully cooked when they gave it to me. I brought it back in and put it on the counter and told her it’s not even cooked. She said nothing to me. Took the sandwich back and they reheated again. Brought it up. All she said was “okay”. I’m sorry but any kind of an apology would have been nice. I’m sorry you felt inconvenienced by the fact that I, the customer, had to bring in raw bacon to show you that I can’t eat the sandwich that way. Photo is after the reheat."

"Always fast friendly service at this location. However, portion size has become a bit of a problem. Whip cream, or not, Venti is 20 ounces. We reached an all time low on this order measuring in at 14 ounces each. It’s great coffee. Can we get what we pay for though?"

"This place is very nice inside. They do a great job of keeping it clean. A lot of college student come here and take up table space. Fortunately, there seems to always be plenty of space to enjoy some coffee. The service here can be kind of slow. Nor tire why i took so long to get my order. There were employees standing around with what seemed like little to do."
