"A friend of mine gave me a gift from here. After I had got my facial I went to pay, with the gift card I had. They would not expect my gift card with out the receipt. I explained, that the gift card was a gift and I did not have the receipt for the gift card. The owner Alexandra was very, very rude. She would not expect the gift card then proceed to lock the door as if I was going to leave. I just paid for it and left. I would not be returning after this experience. The facial wasn’t even worth it to be honest. I feel like many steps were missed in the facial."
