"Long story short because of Google review limits. Quality: good, not factory finish Product: not fitment to my vehicle specified Shipping: took two weeks, had to send it back because it wasnt for the right car. Refund: 3 more weeks, had to file a dispute to get my money back after agreeing to refund a week prior. And two weeks before that. Ultimately 5 weeks of wasting my time and ended up getting shorted $7 because PayPal makes you guess on the requested refund amount, and doesn't sidebar the transaction. Instead of doing the right thing and just issuing a full refund once the dispute was started, they opt'd for my mistype lower amount. Enjoy mcdons on me I guess.."

"I unknowingly purchased two pill uses of these clowns - first one the gauges point up at the roof - and broke straight aye as it wasn’t held on with anything other than some plastic bog - loads of it ! Second one - we confirmed it would be for a right hand drive - they even stated that your tight hand pillar is been posted - well a left hand side pillar showed up , and with disheartening lies of promises to send me the rite one - never eventuated. Very deceptive messages and practices. I would never ever purchase anything from these guys whatsoever- be warned …. Clowns ! No ethics , take your money and don’t care Customer satisfaction - well there is non at all . I hope my post helps other people and save them from loosing a lot of money"

"Unfortunately it's been a rough time with this company. Ordered a gauge pod February 2nd. After a few weeks we reached out and it turns out they couldn't find an OEM part to make a pod out of so they offered a different style pod. No problem. These things happen. So a few more weeks go by and I occasionally would ask for an update. "We're finishing it this week" or "it's going to be shipped out this week". On March 23 I finally emailed them about canceling the order. They immediately emailed me back that it wouldn't be a problem and they would process a refund immediately. A week goes by. No refund. I reach out again. "Sorry there was an issue, let me reach out to PayPal" Another week goes by, No refund. Eventually I had to dispute the charge with PayPal directly and now my refund is finally processing."

"Ordered a single pod molded into a replacement vent for my 2021 F350. Communication was consistent with regular updates as my order moved through the process. What I received is a basic but well made custom pod molded into the factory vent. I have custom pods in other vehicles where the angle that the gauges are presented in don't face the driver correctly, this pod is dead on where it should be. It has a nice, clean, basic factory look which is exactly what I wanted. I will be a repeat customer for sure."

"A disappointing experience and an "ok" product. I ordered my first custom pod on 04/13/2021. Advertised 4 weeks for delivery. I received it 07/01/2021. They were responsive to email inquiries asking about the estimated ship date but only in so much to say what stage of the build it was in. They would never say when it would ship. Once received, the build quality was less than what I would expect for all that time and a custom hand made item. There were dips in the molding material, sand marks visible through the poor quality black paint applied. I reworked it and had it painted professionally for the finish I was looking for. Fast forward to another project and I gave them another chance. I ordered a custom triple pod for a Ram 2500 center stack. Again, 4 weeks build time. I ordered on 01/24/2022. Received on or about 03/28/2022. And it was built on the wrong base and did not fit my truck. The finish was also poorly done and my gauges didn't sit flush in the pods due to over application of material and failing to sand it flat. I returned the item as well as sending my base from my truck so I would be assured of a proper fit. The back of the pods were left open and I asked the top half be covered so you could not see inside them from outside through the windshield. Sent it back and they received it on 04/01/2022. I got it back on 04/24/2022. No rush to fix a poor product. No refund for providing my own part to work from. No fix to the open back of the pod. Again with poor finish and the pods were misaligned. I wanted to give them another shot but they completely blew it. I would avoid this manufacturer at all costs. I get the impression he is over worked and is just getting stuff out the door at the expense of actually providing what the customer wants and expects. Photos are of the center stack pods on the wrong base before returning. I may post pics of the final product as received and after I fix and install it."
