"I recently purchased a car but the heated seat wasn't working. It looked like a wire had corroded out of the plug so I asked these guys to re-pin it for me. Turns out it was way more involved but they got it working anyway! I can't wait to have them swap the stereo."
"He does a great job on car remote starters and with quality and fast."
"Great service. Was able to cut a key and program a remote for me. He did have a problem which wasn’t his fault . He worked with the company and got it done for me. Most other places would have given up. Thanks Keith for your excellent service and quality products."
"BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT!!!! Brought in 2003 GMC Sierra for basic radio install. They charged me $450.00 then sent me on my way with equipment that was y working properly. They initially agreed to resolve the issue and were unable to. They agreed if there were any issues they would remove their work and refund me. I called two days later due to the weekend being inbetween and they told me “electronics are not refundable have a nice day” See you in small claims court!!"
"Took my older car in to get the cassette deck and CD changer fixed. First visit went smoothly, they took them both out and said they'd call me when it was done. When someone called about 2 weeks later to say they were finished (about the time they estimated, which I do appreciate) I asked if a particular day would be alright for me to come by and them reinstalled as I only have one day off and was told that would be no problem. I showed up early afternoon on that day and was told it would be a long time because I did not make an appointment. Very confusing because I think the same guy who told me that was the same person I spoke to over the phone. Waited a while before they brought me my items which is fine, I understand they are a busy shop. I am not sure if this was a misunderstanding but the guy seemed irate I expected them to reinstall them and told me that they might not have time (I did ask during the original phone call that they would do this) and waited about 2 1/2 hours for reinstall. The whole time I was in there they seemed unorganized for the high volume they had and even turned the lights off to try and appear closed so no one would enter during regular business hours. Cassette deck now works perfectly although I did not discover until I got home (wasn't able to test right away) that the CD changer still does not work and I am having the same issues as before. Paid $200 total for parts and labor for both of those things to be fixed and receipt declares both of them as being serviced. They explained that these projects get outsourced to someone who fixes that type of equipment off location, but I still feel as though they are responsible for this considering they took my payment. Tried calling twice to see if they would help but was unable to get through both times, not surprising after witnessing their organization while waiting in there for so long. Would not go here or recommend, very disappointed."
