"If you have young kids, you should wait to visit until they take down their Christmas decorations. The inside is dark and packed with decorations that your kids will want to touch, which is against the rules. The kid working there won’t hesitate to yell at them, too. Try explaining that to a 2 year old."
"I have tried to stop twice and they were closed both times. We were within posted operating times."
"I've tried going here three times in the past couple months and each time they are closed despite what their hours online and on the front door say. Recently, I went about two weeks ago and got there at 7PM only to find the store closed, with a sign on the door saying they are open until 9PM. And two days ago, I specifically called the store to ask if they would be open until 9PM and the woman working there at the time told me they would be. Well, I showed up around 7:30PM and the place was closed, again with a sign on the door listing their hours which said they would be open until 9PM. Each time I've been there to find it closed (during supposedly normal business hours), there are also many other cars that pull in and people get upset, so this is really becoming a problem. I don't know if it's a lack of employees or just a huge management issue but it's impacting their business. This is the closest frozen yogurt/boba tea place to me, so it's pretty frustrating to drive 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. So please be wary if you go here, and don't believe the store if you call and ask for their hours."
"I went here for smoothies and I was told by an employee that they ran out of ice after waiting for more then 5 minutes. She offered a refund or a substitution(very kind offer). I asked for a refund and after waiting for 5 more minutes I was told I could come back later for a refund(I live 40 minutes away) or the employee could grab ice. I am not sure why I could not get the refund then and there but oh well. I ended up receiving what I ordered after 30 minutes of sitting. Nothing against the employee since she tried her best to satisfy but the refund method needs to be worked on. When I got my smoothies they were mainly ice. Very disappointed with my experience. Should not take this long for 2 smoothies."
"I loved this place until my bad experience with the owner. I did not know she was the owner in the beginning I just thought she was a very rude employee. I ignored it because there was another employee who was super sweet, answered my questions and very helpful. I did not understand what we to the other employee because we never spoked to her after she looked at us in disgust. I just thought she was having a bad day. So I just let it go because working in retail is hard putting up with people's attitudes. Anyway to get to the point I inquired about the hiring process for my daughter because they're making it seem they needed people. So when the employee went to go ask I heard her say no to our kind and after that I couldn't hear the rest. The employee came out nervous and started stammering what to say nicely. We our Mexican American and apparently my child is too brown to work there. Although that's the only place to go in Peter's Township for frozen yogurt I will never go there again. I don't care how expensive gas is I will go elsewhere. Very disappointing for my child to experience this in this day of age. I didn't know what to say, but the truth to my child that it is still very common in Pittsburgh and it's suburbs."
