"Super rude staff. Called to complain about what appears to be a pizza casserole in a box and his excuse was “it’s busy”. I might be wrong but if I wanted pizza casserole I’d be more than happy to buy some chef boyardee, put it in the oven for 5 minutes only to take it out and throw it in a blender before returning it to the tray. I asked for a refund simply because I have been buying pizza from these folks since they first opened their doors and the kid that was on the other end of the phone offered a $10 credit thinking that was sufficient. Again, I could be wrong, but if the pizza isn’t actually a pizza and that is what I ordered, wouldn’t that qualify for a refund? Highly disappointed and will not be ordering from this establishment again."
