"We have been going here for our first kid for a year now. The front staff are helpful, kind, and help each other out so you don't have to wait too long. Dr Cox is forthright and will address all of my concerns no matter how little. He also doesn’t use too much dr jargon so he is easy to understand… very down to earth. The only downside is the wait to actually see him. I have never waited less than 45 min to actually see the dr after the nurses do their thing (they are quick and professional). There is also an additional wait time to be called back to get a room, not always but it usually is a 10-15 min wait. I gave five stars because despite the wait time, the quality of care and attention given is fantastic. I plan to have dr cox as my child’s pediatrician until dr cox retires or until my child ages out of needing a pediatrician."

"Doctor Cox and his staff are always so kind. They treat my child like one of their own for well check ups and sick check ups. He does not order unnecessary testing. You know when he does want something more it’s because he sees a reason. He observes our kids and for the short time he sees them he knows them and can tell when something is off. He tells us things we need to know, before we even know we will need to know it. From being a first time mom with a newborn to now having a toddler he has made me so relaxed and comfortable. I can always think back and say “oh yea Dr Cox told me about this and I don’t have to freak out.” We are so lucky to have him and his whole staff!"

"Inquired 3 months before i was due to have my baby. Informed the staff who took the call i had a primary insurance through my employer as well as a secondary under CareSource and was advised i would not be accepted as a new patient due to the CareSource insurance. I told her i would still be willing to pay out of pocket for anything the primary insurance didn’t pay since they aren’t currently accepting CareSource and was advised that was FRAUDULENT (which it’s not). I was not advised to call back closer to my due date, just declined and left to wonder could i have just changed my managed care plan to be accepted or is Ohio Medicaid as a whole not being accepted by the office. I’ve heard all good things about this doctor but his staff has definitely changed my mind."

"They denied us because my daughter, who is considered chronically ill, has care source insurance. My wife and I both work professional jobs and have 2 primary insurance companies, Anthem and Tricare, but due to my daughter's illness, she is also covered under care source. They discriminate their patients. Horrible service. Receptionist could not give any explanation of why."
