"I was scheduled to do lab work it was the last hurdle for a county job. When I arrived at the facility. I was told I would receive a text message to fill out my personal information to finalize the steps of the lab work. I never received the text message, then they attempted to do it via email, I never received an email to complete the information required to move along in the process. They had me do it at a portal tablet at the desk. The systems for administrative staff was a nightmare. Furthermore my lab work never made it to testing lab which pushed back the start date to my new job. I cannot imagine my experience was the first time this happened to other individuals."
"Not a good experience. The wrong cup was used for my urine sample and couldn't get the locking lid off, so I had start an additional 30min. to chug water until I could provide another sample. The front desk person Jackie (60s, short grey hair, glasses) is rude, impatient, and condescending. 23 years has been too long for her. I was there for a pre-employment screening and observed that the nurses are cold and bark orders. My guess is that Concentra operates like a testing mill: in, out, next."
"When I first walk in I was greeted by the lady’s at the front desk, they were extremely nice and helpful. They helped me out a lot and Jessica who was my nurse was amazing. The whole staff made the visit quick and efficient."
"I have never met a rude nurse like that one. However the doctor and customer service agent were supper nice . If it was for them I would have given concentra urgent care a 5 stars, but my experience with her was so bad that I had to give her a zero star. Apparently I’m not the only one complais about her, everyone is complaining about her."
"The only reason I am rating them a 2 is because the girl at the front desk remembered my first name from the day before, the nurse who assisted me the day before expressed more concerned for me and my injury then the doctor, and because of the sweet X-ray Tech. I would rate the Dr a negative if I could. I have a work injury and have no choice but to use this location because of Worker’s Comp. Between yesterday, and today’s visit- he has expressed zero bedside manner, speaks very rudely, and down to me, and does not care about my discomfort because as he put it “you are in pain because you are hurt but you are not completely disabled so you have to go to work-yes even in pain-you are not disabled” He gave me a sling yesterday to wear for my injury, and then today told me that I should have known to take it off periodically. Unfortunately, I don’t know what I don’t know-hence why I am at the drs. He failed to instruct me on my injury and he’s blaming me for not knowing something he didn’t tell me? I also explained that I am not used to taking certain medication’s, and the medication he prescribed for inflammation, was upsetting my stomach. He ignored that statement completely. No resolution to that. Apparently he’s also the only Dr there.. A phantom person in an office by the desk area (who never shown her face,) heard me expressing my above concerns to the front desk receptionist about wanting a different doctor. This woman, in a very nasty tone, snapped” if you don’t like it, go to such and such location.” Unfortunately I can’t go to any other location. If you don’t know the full story of a patient you should not be chiming in with your two cents. This place needs customer/patient sensitivity training. Zero compassion or empathy for patients who are in discomfort. They have the “it’s not my problem-so just deal with it” attitude."
