"These bagels are so delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. What I love most is the everything topping sticks to the bagel and is well covered. My mom and I met the owner this morning at the hair salon next to the shop and he was so nice. He conversed with my mom and I for a few minutes. He listened to my 84 year old mom and shared stories about where they grew up. He was so kind!"

"After trying several bagel spots in Hillsborough several years ago the family unanimously decided on Bagel Bistro being our bagel spot and we remain loyal. There are 3/4 tables inside, a few tables outside, and a clean customer bathroom. Bagels are all fresh, large, and soft. Orders come out fast and are made to order for takeout or dine-in, for both breakfast and/or lunch. Jimmy, Jay, and the rest of the crew are all aces. Jimmy is an owner who is a big supporter of the Hillsborough community. If your looking for that top flight bagel and in Hillsborough, this is your spot."

"Officially done with this place. This is the second time there was mold on my bagel. I tried giving them another chance because I get things happen.. but to get a bagel with mold on it multiple times just seems like they’re clearly doing something wrong constantly. This is disgusting. I really don’t care to get a refund or a new bagel because the new bagel will probably still have mold. Overall disgusted and do not recommend this place."

"They made a nice, robust bagel sandwich which held together nicely. The bagels were excellent, but their assortment of choices is a little thin. The girl also added cheese to a "no cheese" order, but maybe something got lost because of the masks. Still the best available bagel place in Hillsborough at the moment."
