"I met with Dr.Gallo during a tele conference for a consultation earlier this afternoon . He was rude , insensitive , and pompous . His lack of concern and understanding of my emotional state and situation was completely uncaring and unprofessional ! Following our very brief 5 minute consultation, I had a complete melt down , felt degraded, helpless and worse than I originally did.! I would never ever recommend him ! !! STAY AWAY !!"

"I had my first visit with today by phone. He's the rudest and most ignorant doctor I have ever spoken to. Where he gets 5 stars from other people is beyond me. He couldn't help me. Really? You're supposedly a DOCTOR a PSYCHIATRIST. He doesn't know all of my situation but was judging me and my life in the 20 mins. that I spoke to him. Is that what the world has come to when a DOCTOR can't be bothered to help you ? Like I said, I don't know where he gets his 5 stars from, but I definitely know where he gets his 1 stars from. I should have read all the reviews before making my appointment.***** Update to my review. He called me not even 5 minutes after after I posted the review. What doctor does that ? He must read his reviews after every appointment. I didn't answer because I was so discussed with him. But his message was as nice as it could be and wanted me to call him back to discuss what he said because I misunderstood what he said. No, I didn't misunderstand what he said. He's so degrading and no he never offered me any help whatsoever. Little did he know there was a friend with me when I was on the call and heard the whole conversation. But the message he left said he did offer me help. I can't believe he is a doctor. He knows nothing about me or my life and said if you're going to complain about your life to anyone no one will ever help you. WHAT ? Isn't that what you talk to a therapist for to help you ? Not according to him. That's why there's mental illness in this world because people like him that can't be bothered to help people just degrade them because you have mental issues. Like he's normal ? No "doctor " she speak to anyone like he spoke to me."

"Doctor Gallo owns this business. I called him because my doctor has been sick and I was running out of my medication. His response was that it was ‘totally inappropriate for me to call him on the weekend’. He repeated this 2 or 3 times. In addition he told me if I did it again I would be discharged from ‘the practice’. That means he would take me from my doctor who works for him. Dr. Gallo is mean, cruel, accusing and could care less about what you are going through. i’m watching a friend die right now and that did not get me a one day early refill from him. I will never call him for help again. He is a businessman. I wish he never called me back. Makes me feel like I need more meds! He will say sorry I feel this way and look at all his great ratings. blah blah. I don’t care. He has threatened to take my doctor away from me. I will just say ‘he better not do that’. He will regret it. So there is my threat back."
