"A retired high school teacher temporarily served as customer service for HSRI. Having limited knowledge about the processes and plans, it appears she was undergoing training. It's perplexing why she was assigned to answer clients when her training had not been completed. This resulted in confusion regarding plan resubmission due to her actions. Later on, supervisors advised submitting a complaint against her, But I prefer not to do that."

"This place is terrible to the patient’s. When you call and ask them to refill a prescription that you’ve been on for years and they tell you no that’s a problem. Or when you’ve been going to one office since the year you were born and then they just push you to a different office in a different city like who dose that!! I will never go hear again!!!"

"I have been in terrible pain for the last few days, came in here two days straight and they just don’t prescribe anything for pain. No painkillers or anything I told them multiple times I take ibuprofen and Tylenol but it doesn’t do anything, they haven’t prescribed anything for the pain yet again. I never seen a dental office that is so keen on letting their patients leave without any pain medication. Last time coming here, never again. I only liked coming here because of Dr. Jacob but she is gone and this was the last time."

"Christina at the front desk is amazing, you call other offices and don't get a person as empathetic as her ..that actually listens to you ... and as for my PA Mariam Kanteh I can't begin to express how fabulous she is again takes the time to listen and your just not another number.. she is caring and puts you at ease when you get nervous about things ."

"Do anything in the whole world before getting your dental care here. I had a good knowledgeable hygienist but they are extremely backed up and my dentist forgot to put in my referral for my extraction (I cannot afford a route canal) and did not give me any numbers from Any place that can take me. I had to spend all day on that and the dental receptionist texts for five minutes before talking to you. I just thought the internet should know. I don’t like being on disability and if you are, do everything you can to go somewhere else right now. I had to wait 45 minutes with the instruments already emptied out"
