"I was given a spaweek gift certificate for a massage and found AIM on the spaweek website. I called, made an appointment, got a confirmation and arrived at my massage as planned. From the moment I walked in, I knew there was a problem. The place looked like it was closed, my appointment wasn't in the system and the person with whom I had it booked didn't even work from the Wickford location. But, they happen to have a someone who could do it right at that time. The room looked like a stark medical office storeroom and nothing like any relaxing massage room I have ever visited but the massage therapist was definitely lacking basic skills. I asked for my money back from both AIM and Spaweek and nothing, zip, no answer. So, I chalk it up to $100 loss."
