"Employee, filling coffee counter in waiting room had his pants falling off showing most of his back side. When he stood up and barely pulled them up. It was completely gross and not needed truly showing professionalism. Most employees are just standing around like it's social hour. Laughing and giggling while, the person checking people in is taking about 20 minutes a person if not more. Causing the line to be out the door. Management was not helping guide or assisting the employees up front check people in. The clerk even stated they they've only been there a week or so and are still learning. I don't blame them, I blame management for not doing their job."

"I walked in today with some eye infection. Omg , these guys are unbelievable. Super professional. They took me in without waiting, I had like two nurses with me taking care of me . The NP Alexandra Rubenstein that seen did all kinds of tests, gave me some eye drops to calm the pain. She was absolutely amazing . The good news was that there was no foreign objects. Just some irritation. They send some script to my pharmacy and I was out on my way. Thank you so much guys for great work you do."

"I stepped on an old nail which punctured my heel. I knew I hadn't had a tetanus shot in years and figured it would be a good idea. I tried to make an appointment online, but that option was closed, so I took a chance and arrived at the clinic at 6 p.m. They were very busy, but I decided to wait. I waited about an hour and a half to be seen. Considering the number of people there, that wasn't terrible. At any rate, once I got into a treatment room, everything progressed quickly. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant and efficient, and I was very impressed by Amanda Smith, the PA who treated me. She was very thorough and explained what tetanus is, how is manifests, and the antibiotic options. The shot didn't hurt at all and I'm pleased to report no side effects the next day. My arm hardly hurts at all. All in all, I was pleased with the services rendered and didn't feel like I was rushed out or neglected. The total time spent for this visit was just over two hours. I recommend this location."
