"I am not sure why all the negative reviews. My experience has been totally opposite. I went in for an appointment yesterday and the lady at the front desk greeted me, and was friendly. The rest of the experience was very much the same, great experience with all of the workers.Will update if anything changes, but as of now, no complaints. This was the dental side of things also."

"We used to love this dental practice when it was at Welsh Mountain. But since their move it’s gone downhill. Dr. Ferguson is a bully and rude. The office staff and hygienists were kind, but you could tell they were on edge and and flustered by the doctor. It was as if they were worried he was going to snap. It was an uncomfortable experience. We will be changing dentists."

"I went in with my service dog and was told my dog needs to stay in the waiting area. Mary Ann was very rude to me I'm on a wheelchair I ended up in tears because she was so mean. I do not recommend going back the doctor was super nice but his nurse Mary Ann definitely should lose her job for discrimination!"

"The wait times are horrible. My daughter has yet to have cavities filled because I’m told I need to call back every time I talk to someone. Their schedule is only open one month at a time. I scheduled myself for a cleaning and check up. They did X-rays and sent me out, told me I had to schedule a cleaning separately. Will be searching for a new dental office."

"Went in 2 weeks ago in tears and excruciating pain, the dentist quickly glanced in my mouth and said it’s probably a gingivitis flare up. I kept telling him it’s not my gums, it’s my tooth. I left in tears. 2 days later I couldn’t stand the pain, so I went to smile builderz. They checked me out right away because of my symptoms, turns out it’s a horrible tooth infection that spread and they don’t know if they can save my tooth anymore, my front tooth!! Never go here for anything besides a cleaning"
