"I can't possibly say enough good things about this place. They're so good that I wish that I, as an adult, could go there! Every single member of the staff is completely friendly, proficient, and accommodating. And they even remember everybody and their preferences. Dr. Bob is by far one of the friendliest people that I've ever met and is more than accommodating. I seriously cannot stress that enough. And their anesthesiologist specializes in kids with special needs to boot! There is nothing that this place could do to improve. They are lacking in nothing! I wish I could give them more than five stars."
"My son went for a pulpectomy last year. I was not allowed to be with him. They decided he needed an extraction, which I agreed to have done. When he came out, he was in tears. He told them his tooth still hurt and he could still feel it after 1 round of novicane. They ignored him and pulled the tooth anyway. My son was traumatized and is now afraid of going to the dentist. I recommend finding another dental option if possible."
"The disrespect. How dear my child have feelings and be scared, nervous and in destress. How dear I make the decision to stop pushing MY child to doing something she doesn’t want to, but I’m letting her get away with it and according to the doctor he doesn’t want to see her back to waste time. That’s fine you can lose out on that account and that money. I’ll give someone who actually cares the time of day. Past trauma doesn’t matter to some people in that place. I want to say this dr was dr Matt but idk he didn’t even introduce him self to me, he was just down right rude, and disrespectful. I’ve had no issues with dr. Bob he was great. Ms. Courtney was nice as well and tried to talk to my child. I don’t recommend this place no it’s not all of them but you still have that chance of having a bad experience."
"I was so nervous to send my daughter to the dentist. The workers and dentist made me feel so comfortable and confident that everything would be great and it was.. scale 1-10 I’d give them a 10 and will definitely be back! Great job!"
"Thank goodness I read the reviews. I booked an appointment but then was curious to read what other people’s experiences were. They don’t allow parents to go back with their children, which made me super uncomfortable. (I called & confirmed this claim.) My 2 year old has a speech delay & is nonverbal. I did not feel comfortable with him going back by himself, especially being that he’s unable to verbally express himself. When I was little, I went to a pediatric dentist that had the same layout as this place..all of the kids are in one big room, BUT my parents were still allowed to be with me. That whole situation just gave me a bad feeling, especially because I was told there’s no windows or any way to physically see your child. Other than that, the lady on the phone was kind and answered all of my questions. I’m sure this place is fine, but personally it just made me uncomfortable."
