"I had an in person appointment with a nurse with me the entire time while I did a tele-med appointment with a doctor. On a big monitor where she could actually listen to my lungs through the monitor. I was very impressed by the technology and her thoroughness."

"Made my appointment and checked in online, super easy. Once there, had only a 5 minute wait. They efficiently and quickly took vitals and checked meds. I was there for sore throat so they tested for strep, flu and Covid. Results were back within 15 minutes. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very happy with visit."

"Could not have had a better experience. I was so sick yesterday on Thanksgiving that I was almost headed to the ER as a last resort. I am so thankful for WellNow as they were the only urgent care open on the holiday. I was taken back to a room immediately, and our entire visit was less than 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner listened to me and prescribed me medication that saved my day and took away the excruciating pain I was feeling. "This was our first visit at WellNow Urgent care in Elmira. We were immediately greeted when we came in & we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the clinic! We were there for less than 20 minutes from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Donnie Gentry was very kind & caring with not only our child that was being seen, but also with me, my husband, and our other child that was not being seen. We honestly try to avoid walk in clinics, but this experience has renewed our faith in them! Our whole family was very impressed with the entire experience! Their patient/ family care is superb at the very least! Our daughter appreciated being able to have a slushy upon arrival & a snack on her way out. My only recommendation would be, as a gluten free family, is to have some more gf snacks available in the basket ☺️ Thank you Donnie & WellNow for taking such good care of our daughter AND us!!"
