"Had to switch my primary care because my old doctor was no longer seeing patients as he took an executive position. My wife comes here and had nothing but good things to say so I made the switch as well. Came in for my new patient appointment which I had no trouble booking after completing a very standard new patient questionnaire that I've had to complete for other doctors in the past. Brandylynn and her staff were very friendly and professional and I am happy I made the switch."

"So after completing very lengthy and intrusive new patient paperwork I was told because of my insurance I would have to wait until the end of August to book my first appointment. That didn't sound right, but nonetheless I gave the office the benefit of the doubt. That phone call to date has not happen. The phones today however, were suspiciously "busy" all day. So, I took a chance to see what was holding up the call that I was promised after filling out my new patient paperwork and went into the office in person. Note the office was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and the phones didn't ring once while I waited, nor was anyone on the phone when I entered the office. There was only one other person in the lobby with me waiting. When I asked if the phones were working, the staff member says the phone have been ringing off the hook all day. She then states now two months later that they are no longer taking patients with my insurance, to which I replied it changes this week. Her reply was I will now call back on Friday and I'll put you on a waiting list, but you will have to wait at least another 2-3 months. No thank you. Not everyone has endless months wait to just to set an appointment. The sad part is Brandylynn is actually a good APRN. My experiences with here in the past were always good. Unfortunately the staff that are supporting her now at the Brooklyn location, are NOT. No one likes to be disrespected in this manner."

"The absolute best doctor in the area! She is incredibly thorough, actually listens to her patients, and speaks to you like you’re human. I was sick of going to a doctor that would just throw meds and something and send you on your way. Brandylynn does her very best to make sure you have the best care! I would recommend everyone switch if you can !!"
