"Dr. Ni said she had written URGENT for a referral for me to talk to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist Kerry canceled on me 2 times. my appointment with Dr. Ni was in October and they keep blowing me off like I am nothing important at all and they’re not making an effort to schedule me and I feel like they didn’t care not one single bit after I told her about the things that were going on with me, it just seems like they don’t really care. it’s actually giving me more anxiety and stress and frustration dealing with this office and only having one psychiatrist available when online it says there’s like 30 available psychiatrist."
"I have been stuck having to go to this office now for too long and I'm very disgusted.. Multiple regular blood tests have shownhigh white blood cell counts??? Your answer was to just do another blood draw???? Huh.... well I was told that's a response to either an infection or a virus.. I have neither???? Then I had the most ignorant doctor from Virtua pulmonary... I've been hospitalized rthree times.. H1N1 2010, pneumonia 2015, influenza A 2018.... That's a vaccines every year I work with the public..... What is recommended that I have a high dose flu shot..... I made the appointment and it was very clear I was requesting to hide those flu shot knowing it was for seniors over 65 and I am not that old...older though. .. IMMUNO COMPROMISED......???I go in for my appointment.... MA tells me Oh no you're just for regular flu shot...HUH ??????????????????? Listen to office manager she speaks to Paula Preston.... speak to Dr Pinto?? hasn't even giving me an exam or look at my health background...... Incompetence...... In the meantime I have seen Cooper pulmonary, diagnosed me from oldblood work, few questions.... Unreal........ I'll never go back...... In August was left waiting out front 47 minutes before I got put in the office to wait another 30 minutes.... No one said they were running behind?????? I ended up very late for another appointment this is ridiculous have immuno response asthma...Eosinophilic.. And.... Genetic.... You're so corporate now disgusting"
"I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment through MyChart. The past three scheduled appointments were cancelled and I was not informed. Again today, I had an appointment I scheduled two days ago (Tuesday May 16th 2023) and I checked before I started getting ready for my appointment scheduled for 10:40. Once again my appointment has been cancelled. I called an no one knows how MyChart works, yet I am told to use MyChart to schedule my needed appointments. Is Dr. @@@@ avoiding me? Every time I make an appointment to see her for a regular office appointment or for my annual physical, my appointment is cancelled and I am not notified of the cancellation.When I call or show up, I'm told Dr. @@@ is on vacation. 4 of my scheduled appointments have been cancelled consecutively. I've been trying for a year to get a physical and to have my levels checked. Update: once again (8/30/2023) I tried to get labs drawn for my physical. The order expired in February. I just requested blood work on Monday, but no order was put in. What is going on here? I have a physical appointment on the 31st. But I have no blood work."
"Pro - Dr Necsutu is the best at her job. Con - Was billed twice for my copay. I was instructed to swipe and sign 2 times. Apparently, the payment did not go thru the first time. That was an error."
"Tried to make a new patient appointment and after waiting for 3 months for the appointment the day finally came. It's December and I have a cold. The practice refused to see me. If they won't see me when I have a cold when will they see me? Not an office I want to make a relationship with. The receptionist was very kind and could see my frustration. This was a call made by the dr I was supposed to see."
