"Staff was always super nice but I literally had to cancel my debit card because of this place. I had multiple appointments of imaging done back in 2021 when they had their old billing system. I set up a payment plan with Larchmont of around $25 a month to pay everything off as I couldn’t afford anything otherwise, the bill was weirdly high. I was told no interest would be charged. It was a couple hundred dollars so I knew it would take a while to pay off, but late last year something was up. I was charged $25 and $30 in the same month. Once I saw that, I also realized by this point I should’ve had everything beyond paid off once I did the math. Going through my bank statements I noticed I was charged twice and more than supposed to be multiple times. The old billing statements I got never had an updated balance either, and yes that should’ve been the first huge red flag. I called at least 5 times over the course of 2 months trying to sort out A. Did I pay off all my balance, and if so when? and B. Why the heck I am STILL getting charged monthly, and sometimes twice for different amounts! I could never get a straight answer. The main thing they said was that they couldn’t even find that I ever had a balance in their system, ever, nor could they find where my card info was stored in their system. So how the hell was I getting charged for something that never existed?? Pretty much was told there was nothing they could do. I was never refunded in any way, I had to cancel my card, and gave up after being told “a manager would get back to me” and have radio silence so many times. Stole hundreds of dollars from someone who is very much below the poverty line. I’m partly convinced someone who works there just stole my card info."

"The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I had two studies planned at two different times. The ultrasound tech was as friendly and efficient as the receptionist, and she even checked her schedule to see if she could do both visits closer together so I didn’t have to come back. My husband has had a couple of studies here as well and has only had positive experiences."

"This company is exactly what is wrong with the medical world. Horrible customer Service. Just puppets for the insurance company and scheduling was a nightmare. The same old issue the entire industry has that they don’t respect anyone’s time and obviously the Doctors want you to jump through hoops for their convenience. The poor receptionists who are nice are obviously frustrated because they are handcuffed by the ego doctors and the insurance companies. 1 star was as low as I could go I hope google institutes a relegation system like soccer I. Europe."

"Receptionist was rude. Cramped, uncomfortable facility. HVAC not working. Billing was wrong. Did not respond to attempts to get billing corrected. Then try to charge interest. There are good choices out there for medical imaging, and this is definitely not one of them."
