"We went about a week ago or so. The worker at the front desk seemed annoyed and kept commenting about how there were people there waiting. She seemed bothered by the fact that nobody knew to sign in until notified by her and then was further annoyed that nobody signed in order of arrival. Just seemed disorganized. Maybe she was overwhelmed, but I don't need to hear the complaining while people are standing around in pain waiting for her to get it together."

"Awful. Never have any availability, which is the point of an urgent care. Took my eight year old daughter, who just needed a strep test, after being told they took walk ins. Was told they had “no availability” for the rest of the day. We got there at 1. They closed at 4:45. Couldn’t do a simple strep test. We drove to PM Pediatrics in Cherry Hill, where they fit us in. She tested positive for strep, and they were wonderful. Thankful for places like that. Never again. Ridiculous. I’ve never written a review, ever, but as a teacher who works with kids, for 21 years, this place is a disgrace."

"I was there in person after calling upfront and making an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient, professional, and helpful the staff was. I also highly recommend Dr. Elyse Morel who treated me with much care and attention, explaining all I needed to know, answering all my questions, filling my prescription and paperwork. Throughout they all treated me like I matter and that’s priceless when you are feeling sick."

"Update: went last week with my oldest right after work they were amazing from help on the phone to when I got there I need to recognize three amazing ladies that stood out to me that day and they are Elaina Corinna Crystal! Made sure we were seen so fast helped me with a short cut to come in and sign in which helped majorly since my oldest had work. The nurse and doctor above were incredible and the lady was the receptionist so funny so pleasant. Love this place! Nurse Sheronne and Doc Debra were amazing with my five year old daughter. First time she was able to be swabbed with out flipping or crying. They were fast clean loved the whole experience! truly loved her nurse and doctor that day glad I went there instead of her actual doctor and I don’t mean that to be in a bad way for her other doctor but lt was that pleasant. They even called me with results when I never get usually called back by other facilities"

"Horrible! Not a true urgent care, no walk-in service, “reserved” slots are 4-5 hours wait or return. The front desk staff were rude and shared no empathy or recommendations Follow up: Carbon Health in Marlton, excellent service and a true urgent care. Staff were amazing and wait time was minimal."
