"Can't imagine a worse place to go. Every chance they get to make things difficult...they take it!!! Almost everytime I've been here it's been them angling to not help me and charge co pays. Might want to review that hypocritic oath they took. Today was the last straw. On to a doctor that actually care and listens to their patients. That is definitely not this place!!"

So many complaints on here about the same woman and years later, she's still there, rude as can be. The doctors are just ok. Tej has a much better bedside manner than his wife. She can't be bothered. Seems that's a contagious attitude at this office. Steer clear and do your research for the right practice."

"My husband and I Didn’t have the best experience with Dr. kokroo. She was dismissive. She was rude to her intern in front of me. I complained that she was physically forceful in our interaction. The office was not empathetic towards my complaint…When it came down to questions We had about my lab results, we were rushed off the phone like we didn’t have a right to ask questions about our health. Long story short: we were there once as new patients and transferred out very soon after that."

"Recently called the office for help as I was told by my specialist to seek COVID guidance from my primary doctor as my symptoms are not improving. Was immediately dismissed, without speaking to nurse or doctor and told to go to another doctor for specific condition which had nothing to do with COVID. With my other previous bad experiences will never be going back."

"I work with these physicians at Saint Mary Medical Center. I am a nurse and I am also one of their patients. These guys are the best. The office staff is wonderful. They are caring, attentive, honest, and I always feel great when I leave. No issues. Great team. Billing is fair. They explain labs, tests, medications, follow ups, and referrals. Very happy with their care."
