"PATIENTS BEWARE!! DOCTOR CANCELED MY DAUGHTERS ENDOSCOPY TWICE....WAS TOLD AN EMERGENCY CAME UP, I CAN UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP BUT TWICE... AND WHAT MAKES IT SO MUCH WORSE SHE WAS TOLD NOT TO TAKE HER MEDICINE SO SHE SUFFERED ALL WEEK THINKING THE PROCEDURE WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE AND BOOM THE DAY BEFORE THEY CANCELED IT AGAIN..... SO UNPROFESSIONAL... AND GET THIS THEY STILL HAVENT CALLED TO RESCHEDULE...NOT THAT WE WILL EVER GO BACK.... AND GET THIS THEY READ THE WRONG REPORT. IT WAS FOR A PATIENT WITH THE SAME NAME AS MY DAUGHTER AND BIRTH DATE BUT NOT OUR ADDRESS. JUST SHARING OUR EXPERIENCE.. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD...."
