"Dr. Loftus is the best! My thyroid has always been a little messed up thanks to an autoimmune disease but every time we have a problem, she finds the solution. To all you with the negative reviews, I just have one question: why?"

"I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going through treatment for thyroid cancer and because of my insurance had to have radioactive iodine treatment and scans done at Doylestown. Dr. Loftus’s office still ordered all of this. Well I just had my post treatment scan. After I drove to the office to deliver it personally (because they refused to call the hospital when they claim they didn’t receive results) they informed me she wouldn’t be in until the next week. They then refused to speak to an on call and told me I could wait. Now I have to wait almost a week since I had my scan to hear my results. Please don’t use this office. They will not call you back and they do not care."

"Never had an issue until the past few months. I can't get through to any front desk staff to get my prescriptions that I need since I am pregnant and need to monitor my levels closely. The portal changed so I can no longer even email. They keep putting me on hold and then never coming back to answer the phone. Very frustrated..."

"I wouldnt even give this place a star if i didnt have to. Whoever works the front desk doesn't know how to properly do her job. I was told SOMEONE cancelled my appt but that someone was not me. They had some else's information in my chart !! None of it made sense, so i can only assumed they wanted to leave early since we were the last appt for the day. 45 min drive to be told they have to reschedule because of their mistake!! If that wasn't bad enough it was a 3 month wait!! Unacceptable.they weren't even closed yet and refused to see us. I hope they get sick and have to wait 6 months to see a dr. I've been told by others that this isn't the first time that happened so good luck!!"

"Dr loftus office staff are rude and not accommodating to their patients. Dr loftus is a good dr but just doesn’t show that she really cares about the patient and how they are feeling. My daughter has had thyroid cancer and needs a lot of TLC. Made appts 2 times and both times was the wrong day that we arrived and the staff and dr loftus would not see her!! No compassion nothing. We will not be returning to the practice and I really not think she cares!!!"
