"Neurology Associates does not try to accommodate the needs of their patients. My sister has been a patient there for many years. She is severely disabled and requires a lot of medication. Whenever her prescription needs to be authorized for a refill, I ALWAYS have a problem. It takes the doctor and his staff numerous days to respond to the pharmacy and when I have to call, I get treated rudely (put on hold for a long period of time, told it is the pharmacy's fault, etc...) Apologies are never given and the problem fails to get fixed. I have switched the pharmacy I use but I am still getting the same results (or lack of results). Would love to switch to another office, but they are the only game in town and that seems to be why they feel they can be so unaccommodating and rude. I have addressed the issue with the doctor and it does not seem to be a high priority. Keep in mind, if she does not get her medication, she will have debilitating seizures and her well being is very much at risk."
