"Ordered a biggie bag and wanted a diet drink. Cashier stated that they ONLY had lemonade. Therefore I had to order lemonade as the drink. No worries... I took the lemonade as the drink. I checked my receipt and I was charged .50 cent additional for the drink I didn't want. The Cashier said there was nothing he could do."

"Last night at 10:39 pm my brother & his friend went to pick food up for us from this establishment with my money. I specifically asked for a Dr. Pepper and got Root Beer instead. Now I understand some people don't care to look and think it's dark soda, so they won't notice, but I did. I'm not going to blame the host Paulette, who took the order cause it says Dr. Pepper on my receipt. But whoever they had working that night at 10:39 pm, I'm blaming them cause it was no miscommunication or misunderstanding. Just ignorance because you knew that drink wasn't right when you hit that button after reading the order when it popped up on the screen."

"This is the worst food establishment in the Cheltenham plaza. Lobby always closed for breakfast and dinner. Sometimes I wonder why the establishment don't seal up the front door and just use an underground entrance for employees only to enter. Managers lack professionalism and they show it willingly as I stand at the cash register for over 5 minutes, as they stare at their cashier and myself back and fourth while I'm waiting to place my order. I understand fast food can be an stressful profession, but when literally every other mainstream franchise around you provide the minimum standard without issue and you cut corners despite what you're company moto states is sad. Hopefully they decide to shutdown or run an legitimate running fast food business."
