"It was busy, (the Friday before xmas) but the sales rep was very helpful and patient. She really went out of her way. They had a good selection, so it was definitely worth going."
"I recently visited the Michael Kors outlet at Quaker Bridge Mall and was very impressed with the selection of merchandise and the prices. I found a great deal on a new handbag that I had been eyeing for a while, and I was also able to score some great deals on watches and jewelry. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone looking for a great deal on Michael Kors merchandise."
"Updated 6/27/21 Don’t bother On May 27th, I placed an order on Michaelkors.com for 4 pairs of flip flops. They did not fit as I am an 8.5, so today I went to the Michael Kors store at the QuakerBridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ store. Even though I had the original receipt, which clearly states items ordered on Michael Kors.com can be returned in store. There is even a barcode at the bottom right they says, “In Store Return” above it! The clerk refused to return them in store as she said they were from the outlet, which they were not. I would not have bought them if that were the case. And, my receipt does not indicate anywhere that they were from an outlet or that they could not be returned in store. The clerk said, “Well, that’s why there is a return label included.” It is more work for me to have to package the shoes up, and take them to the post office. I also don’t have the return label. This store always has some lame excuse as to why they can’t do an in store return, even with original receipts, items brand new in original packaging, and within the return time frame. Last 2 times (went back two different days to return same item) and it was that the computer system was down. I am completely disgusted with my shopping experience yet again and won’t be patronizing Michael Kors.com or your Quakerbridge Mall store. Below is from 3 months ago: On Sunday, at this store, I attempted to return an online order (2 items- sweatpants & a clutch bag) I had received a few days earlier. I provided the original receipt and the 2 items were in pristine condition in the original packaging, with tags attached. I was in the store over 20 minutes and the store associate was not able to complete the return in store. She first wasn’t able to find the order and asked if I had another account. I said no, just had 1 account and that there should not be an issue as I provided the original receipt that came with the order. And that this store always seems to have trouble completing online returns. More time goes by and then she asks me how much I paid for it. I pulled the order up on my phone and showed her the price paid. She continues to try and do the return and says she was able to do an online return earlier for someone else, basically implying I’ve done something to prevent her from being unable to do the return, which I did not appreciate. Says something about the order date (2/28) not matching what was on the receipt, etc. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to do the return. In all 20-25 minutes of my time was wasted and the issue was not resolved. I will need to spend more time boxing it up, taking it to UPS, waiting for it to be receive in the mail, and then wait for the credit. I went to 3 other stores to do returns today and this was the only place that took so long and that the transaction was not able to be completed. It appears is impossible to do an online return at this store- I tried to return a pair of sneakers earlier on 2 separate occasions (1/18)- their “system was being converted and so not possible to do returns” and then same situation about a week later (1/24), apparently not going to be resolved until 1/28. Had to mail that return back as well. This store is either staffed by complete incompetents or Michael Kors has the lousiest cash register set up known to man. I won’t be returning to this store ever again- complete waste of time. And not in a hurry to buy from MichaelKors.com anytime soon."
"Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable about my situation and understanding."
"Everyone was very friendly got a watch for my girl at a completely different store and it was way to small for her wrist so I brought it here to get a couple links put on they did it free of charge which seemed standard to them but regardless it was a nice surprise to me thank u Jackie for the help"
