"4 teen boys…one if who is my son went in and were casually shopping. They were trying on items and this lady says to the boys “are you going to buy that?”. They said no as it did not fit right. She then says you are not going to buy anything anyway. She rips the clothes out of their hands and then follows with “get out of my store or I will call the cops. “. These are innocent 13 year olds. Frightened…they called me and I was nearby. I went to go give a piece of my mind but it was busy and she was at the counter. Luckily I’m close to Lawrenceville PD and constituents l, so will escalate further. No teenager should go through this. The other reviews also speak for themselves."
"Worst customer service. Literally called in and she had the worst attitude. Mind you I had to call several times ."
"The mall was closing in 30 minutes, and the Shoe Dept across the way kicked me out! I went into Finish Line to pick out some comfy Pumas on sale. There was no fuss about the shoe sizes I needed and that they were about to close. Hands down best customer service!"
"If I could give more stars I would. Dont remember the employee's names but whoever was in your store on fathers day 2019 are beyond upstanding people. I had purchased shoes for my wife and young son sometime the week before and left them in the shoe depot in the mall. Employees from the shoe depot tried to return the shoes for the money but the girl knew they didnt purchase them and took them back. When I went in today to look for more shoes they stopped me and explained what happened. I am beyond grateful for you guys at finish line. You will always have a customer from me and my wife. Again thank you guys cause you know who I'm talking about."
"I have bought from this store a number of times. Mostly the store experience has been good, and the sales people are helpful. But recently I had an experience that was not so good. I bought a pair of top-of-the-line running shoes. The salesman suggested I also buy a pair of premium insoles -- not the cheap kind -- the $30 kind. I had no experience with the product and wasn't sure I needed them, but he said I could bring them back within 30 days if I wasn't satisfied. I wore them once but didn't like the feel. So I bought them back (boxed up in the original packaging, in the original bag, with sales receipt, within 30 days). But the store manager was less-than-friendly, and acted like she was doing me a favor. She said she'd just do it this once, but really I should be contacting the manufacturer (translation: we don't actually stand behind what we sell and good luck getting your money back). The problem for her seemed to be that I had worn the insoles. (How else would I know whether I was "satisfied" with the product of not?). "It's a health issue. I don't know where these have been," she said. I'm not sure what this had to do with anything. It's like she was complaining that she wouldn't be able to resell the product, or maybe that handling it presented some sort of risk to her staff. (Again, the product was in the original package and bag. It wasn't like I was handing her a pair of sweat-stained insoles.) Then she wanted name, address, phone number. (I've never had a store ask for personal information just to process a refund. She already had my credit card info.) She DID process the refund, which is why I give them two stars instead of none. But it wasn't a pleasant experience. WARNING: returning merchandise to this store might be a HASSLE. Do NOT believe what their sales people tell you about being able to return a product if you don't like it. I might shop at this store again if the price is right, but I will NEVER AGAIN buy anything extra on a sales person's recommendation."
