"The service was good. I went in to buy shoes and instead of giving me size 7 in women’s, they gave me a size 7.5 in men’s which is a size 8.5 in women’s. I’m not sure if the associate misheard or he accidentally gave me the wrong size, but I should have checked before paying. I hope they are able to exchange it."
