When I first reached out Colonial the owner Jason Booker responded right away, and he quickly arranged a date for inspection. Jason showed up right on time and he was friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful. We arranged for the work to be completed asap, but with a full schedule of client work on the books the time estimate we were given was roughly a month out. Jason assured us that since the majority of our work was inside the house that he'd keep an eye on the forecast and hopefully get our work done sooner if there was rain in the forecast. Sure enough just a week went by, rain was forecast and he contacted us to get the OK to come out. Mark & Alex showed up promptly the next morning.
