"I purchased the four Hideaway strobe package kit. Customer service was excellent. Shipping came I believe within a day, couldn’t be any happier."

"I buy many things from this company. Typically everything goes well, orders are processed quickly, and almost always ship out within 24 hours. You have to know what you’re buying as far as in stock inventory vs special order. They have a funny policy. Some items are marked special order, even though they have them in stock on their shelf. Because they have to buy them as special order they considered Order. They will not allow you to return a “special order” item, even though they had it on their shelf when you bought it, I don’t think that’s fair. I feel you either have something in stock or they have to special order it. I spoke with Beth. All she wanted to do was apologize, even though she would not accept my items for return. Again, please beware of their “special order” policy."

"Couldn't be more disappointed in my individual experience with them. I felt as I was taken advantage of. The owner proposed remedy that was in their favor, and hardly a remedy in my opinion. Then he failed to follow through, and avoided any communication. In the end, I way overpaid, got poor service, and never received items that were part of the purchase. I will never do business with them again, and they lost a repeat customer. Although, I doubt that matters to them as it appears they only care about large clients and governmental clients funded by our tax dollars. Perhaps a grievance for the elected and/or appointed officials when considering tax funded contracts. Meanwhile the owner, Lewis, will just claim this is another fake review and play the ignorant victim of the review over accepting responsibility from what my experience with him and his company tell me. It is unfortunate how the tides turned as they have grown."

"Excellent company to deal with! I have personally brought 2 brand new trucks there to have lights/siren installed. I travel 200 miles one way to get their quality of service and workmanship. All of their products + wiring + hardware installed is done extremely well. They are great at what they do and are super efficient. Westerly is a beautiful area to spend the day while your vehicle is getting upfitted! Lou, you have a top-notch crew. Keep up the great work. I will be bringing another truck down soon from Vermont!"
