"They have had my computer for 5 days. All I wanted was for it to be cleaned, hardware and software. Initially I was told 1-2 days from Jason who took it at the front desk. I have yet to get a phone call from ANYONE with updates. I have had to call every day to follow up because they can't manage to give me timely updates. Now, they have no idea when it will be ready, which is the nonsense I have heard since the technician, Ian, who is supposed to clean it, got his hands on it. I run my business in part, with this computer. The technician, Ian, also gave me completely erroneous information about Dot Matrix printers (obsolete, no one uses them anymore). In fact, Heating Oil Companies use them daily and our printer is a brand new Lexmark. This place is a disappointment at best, and at worst, I hope not to take action against them if they cause further problems. I would recommend that you not go here ever."
