"Worse experience I ever had from a chic fil a I do not recommend this location. They will have you order food literally 4 mins before it closes and do not give you the food that you ordered but still charge you. I do not recommend this Chic Fil A location at all. Customer service from management is horrible."

"Worst chick fil a to go to. I ordered large amount online at night and they missed 4 regular sandwiches. Upon calling them they proceeded to blame myself and the driver when the problem was with them, not putting the sandwiches in the bag to begin with. They then hung up on me when they couldn’t handle the level of their own incompetence. The manager at night along with the woman answering the phone were rude, ignorant, and the opposite of accommodating with my problem. They don’t seem to care about accuracy or quality with anything they did. Terrible."

"Horrible and rude employees, that didn’t know what they were doing. Went to pick up our food and she said she gave it to someone else already and it happens all the time. They told me I had to cancel the order because they couldn’t do anything about it. So I checked through the app and all cancellations had to be done in the restaurant. So I call them and another worker said you can’t cancel it cause the food is done and waiting for pick up. So I had to go back to pick up the food and by the. It was all cold. A stupid rude employee at the door who gave us a run around."

"I would give ZERO stars if that option was available. I normally am very satisfied with ordering from chic fil a everytime but this time I am very disappointed with my order. My chicken sandwich was over cooked and prepared very sloppy, my fries were cold and soggy with a freezer taste not to mention half of my fries were gone! they sent no sauces I requested no straw for my drink. I tried calling into the restaurant and no answer."

"I would give them a zero. When they pack the salad, did they not check to see how gross it looks. You can get someone sick. I have to toss the rest away."
