"We used ICOR to remove a load bearing wall that separated two equal sized rooms (living room & family room) on our first floor. Our goal was to create a large living room that would add a feeling of openness to our home, and allow us to host large family gatherings. This was not a simple job, and required rerouting of heat and water supplies/returns, drainage, and electrical, as well as the fabrication and installation of a 16 foot steel beam, supported by steel posts, lally columns and foundation footers in the basement (All of which were installed by ICOR). The beam was recessed into the ceiling, and is not visible. Our project was a tall order, and ICOR DELIVERED! ICOR expertly handled the project from demo to finish work, and their subcontractors for engineering, plumbing, and electrical were also fantastic. From the beginning, Kenny took time to explain the process in a way that we could understand. Any questions were quickly answered, and concerns were met with respect and addressed quickly when needed. Kenny's team was courteous, timely, and hard working. We worked primarily with Mike, Josh, and Steve, all of whom reflected Kenny and ICOR's company values. "Kenny and the team at ICOR are fantastic! We hired them to remodel our kitchen, and they did an outstanding job. Our kitchen had to be completely gutted with walls removed, new cabinets and counters installed, new fixtures, flooring, etc., and it all turned out beautifully (as you can see from the photos!). Kenny's team has been trained in great craftmanship techniques, and everything was done so well and with absolute precision. His team was always on time, friendly, and communicative.
