"Wheelchair accesible . Automatic door opener is currently out of service. I have been getting my diabetic shoes here for about 12+ years , it’s always a great experience , I do know many people who have gotten AFO’s and various orthpedic slings splints and stuff here , the waiting room only has two chairs because they usually bring you right to treatment room , so lobby waiting would be more for overflow crowd . They have a Bose stereo with good music in lobby waiting area ."

"This company will not see you unless they get enough on reimbursement and will tell this to the customer. They will tell you a lumpectomy is not a good reason to get products and will make you feel bad for even asking. They don't want to make every woman feel good. This company should feel ashamed for even selling products to woman who have gone through any type of breast surgery. Your causing physiological damage to these women."

"The only reason for the 3 stars and not 1 star is because the owner came to the plate to see that I received the correct device. The reason I would have rated the facility a 1 star rating (0 stars should be an option) is because of the person that I worked with to get the most appropriate device for me. He was unprofessional and very ARROGANT and I would HIGHLY recommend that if you go there for any reason, make sure your appointment is NOT with MARK. I do not remember his last name, but to my knowledge he is the only Mark there. This is the first rating for any business or product I have ever done, but because I feel so strongly about how I was treated by this individual, it would be an injustice not to share."

"Had to wait 6 months for the shoe because the sales person constantly made mistakes. I worked for Great Lakes Home Health doing this type of job and this store is woefully inadequate. The shoe they provided (no test or show shoe as a preview) had tags on the side for the shoe laces, something incredibly bad in design for a diabetic with nerve damage. they were impossible to tie without problems. And to top it off they cost over $300. This was comparable to a $40 Walmart shoe and was just as durable. The shoe only lasted 2 months. Bad product that is overpriced with incapable sales people. Go anywhere else but here."

"Be aware that the company did not supply a bill at time of service, claimed bills were sent and phone calls made. They claimed no response and sent bill to collection. Impossible to pay a bill you didn't know exists!"
