Working Together is a self-help residential community located at 2488 Sanatoga Road in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, United States. The minimum stay at Working Together is two years, with many residents choosing to stay for 3-4 years until they are ready to transition into independent living. During their time at the community, residents work full-time in one of the social enterprises run by Working Together. They receive initial training in a classroom setting and then continue to learn job and life skills while working on-site.

Although counseling is available, it is not the primary focus at Working Together. Residents are considered students and are given the opportunity to participate in therapy sessions as needed. The community also offers opportunities for residents to engage in daily chores, exercise, play sports, learn new hobbies, and explore their talents.

The inspiration for Working Together came from the founder's experience volunteering at a homeless shelter and later visiting the Delancey Street Foundation in San Francisco. The Delancey Street model of recovery, which focuses on work, community, and self-reliance, served as the foundation for the creation of Working Together.

In addition to job training and life skills development, Working Together has recently incorporated trauma-informed therapy into its program. The organization recognizes the connection between trauma and addiction and seeks to provide support for residents dealing with past traumas.
