"Went there 1x a while back. Checkin okay. Dr horrible. Says to me, The protocol for this is to do Rx given the symptoms but I don't believe in writing scripts in general to anyone for anything to protect their biome so go home and wait it out or come back and see another provider and pay another $100. Huh? Waste of $100 and then I had to go to a REAL doctor for a basic antibiotic for it and since it was a weekend, earliest appointment was another 48 hours plus time off work plus more copays. If you don't believe in prescribing for routine infections you should go into alternative health modalities. People do not go to urgent care for fun. They are in pain or have virus or something. Like the other reviewers I have observed HIPAA violations here too when accompanying friends/ family."

"I was there with my daughter on 12/15. She got hurt at school and needed to get glued. I wish I knew the nurses name, but whoever was working triage at around 1pm was wonderful and very sensitive to my daughter that was very upset. The doctor that treated her was also very nice. As much as we didn’t enjoy the reason we were there, it was probably the most positive experience we’ve had there. Thank you both for giving her such quality care."

"I arrived early so I could be seen quickly. The staff greeted me and was friendly. I was happy to have been able to be seen quickly because I’d been feeling horrible for a few days .I was glad to get in and out and to have been able to receive the steroid meds without having to wait or travel someplace else. I was very impressed with my visit and the Doctor I saw was very clear and he even asked if I could come tomorrow to make sure my oxygen levels are alright to make sure my breathing is alright. "The Patient First Location at Pottstown was top notch in everything from the very beginning with the touch screen which is cool, to registering, the clinical staff, and the doctor listening and giving me my diagnosis. The whole process is very streamlined and efficient and everyone was professional and friendly. The facility was very clean and orderly everywhere. Going through the whole process took less than an hour and I was on my way home! I am a person that is hard to get a perfect score with, however, this location knocks it out of the park! They are a perfect all around google 5 stars review. Keep up the great work. Thank you for everything you do and setting the bar high in caring for patients!!!"
