"If you love true experimental, locally sourced, wild fermented (sour) beer owned and operated by a lovely couple then this is absolutely your spot. A lot of work goes into their product and it shows. That said, if sour style isn't your jam then you might fight better options elsewhere."
"In my many visits, I’ve never been disappointed. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and the rest of the staff has always been polite and helpful. Admittedly, the beer is an acquired taste—after all its spontaneously fermented and there are no IPAs, stouts and the likes on the menu—the ingenuity and creativity are top-notch."
"Just a quick stop, but nicely done Space (like most breweries) and wonderful sour beers. Spontaneously hopped in aged oak barrels. Need to come back with a group and sample. Nice touch that they had great music being played off a turntable! Yes - real vinyl records."
"Good spontaneously-fermented beers (read: sours, lambic, etc.) only. Expensive for the size pour, boring atmosphere (opened in December). A place where people stare at their phones to neo-jazz music. Tough to find with their tiny signage. Look for the 'bier today' barrel out by the road on days they're open."
