"Paid for 20 chs burgers as I have 6 children between my wife and I and we'll not only did I yet again get asked to pull around for my meals but I was also shorted 4 of my 20 burgers I paid for, manager was a disgusting piece of work from start to finish. And that just the words used... disgusting food handler could be discussed otherwise... but abhorrent service... I recommend Arby's or Rutters or even Weis fresh sushi or hot ND ready food over BK kutztown I pay a lot to feed my family for a single meal mind you unless I bought another fridge I don't have room for more then 2 days worth the food and snacks/lunch for the week during school... I'll pay more to go elsewhere because of the service I had for the 5th time now...."
"Woman named Denise is a horrible employee. Will substitute your items and lie to you because she doesnt feel like making what you want, and then will yell and complain at her co-workers about it. Glad there were some more level headed employees there who were able to help me get what i ordered and let me know that she lied and was being lazy."
