"Would give 0 stars. Was dismissed and spoken down to by practitioner. Was told to see my primary care doctor for this issue even after no care plan was put in place. Not only that but the woman working the desk climbed THROUGH the check in window bc it was easier to get through than walk around and use the door. I will never be going back to this location and urge you don’t either."
"After being seen at the walk in, my symptoms got worse. I called several times to see what to do next and was dismissed by a rude secretary on the phone. This was my second time trying the walk in and not resolving the issue. Go a Ike further down the road to the NS walk in, much nicer. They actually take care of you and call to see if your feeling better."
"Paul seemed like he had zero experience with live patients. Paul was dismissive of my symptoms like I was lying. Turns out I had rsv but no one called me because they failed to use my correct number, nor did they call my emergency contact I had updated that day. This was very upsetting as i have small children whoni could have passed the virus to. If the over the counter medicine was working I wouldn't have gone but that's all he recommended was more otc meds . Finally when I asked for caught syrup he sent me pills. I didn't want to take them because my throat was so sore and inflamed. I also specified robitusson upsets my stomach and that's what he calls in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Further more, after leaving this review and speaking with the director. The co pay was sent to collections for 40$, very petty, poor, poor service."
"I took my daughter there on Saturday at 9:20 to be checked for strep. Because of her symptoms I was required to call at the door to be checked. The receptionist took our information and told us they would call us when they could see her. We waited until 11:00 and I called again. Was put on hold and then hung up on. Meanwhile we watched people come and go from the parking lot. I took her home and waited for a call back. We never got one. I’m filing a complaint on Monday with Yale."
"The receptionist was warm and welcoming. I wish I could say the same for the MD. No one was in the place, so I can't say they were busy. Within my presence and earshot the MD said he couldn't give me a tetanus shot because only nurses did that and there were no nurses there. Went to Physician One in Groton and miraculously the MD there had no problem cleaning the wound and giving me the shot."
