"The sign says they open at 8am at 8:30 it is still closed. It probably wouldn't matter if there wasn't a fasting requirement. It makes me wonder if their results are as unreliable as their sign."

"Michele is excellent make sure you ask for her to take your blood. She is such a hard worker. Michele listened to me when I told her I was nervous. I needed a butterfly needle no questions asked. She is a class act. This woman is wonderful."

"Employees were excellent. Signage for the Mystic, CT location is horrible. I sat in the doctor's office across the hall from the Quest office for 20 minutes (sign outside door says Dr office and Quest with an arrow pointing to the left). Text says we know you are here, no need to check in. I finally asked at the reception desk and was told this isn't Quest and you've just missed your chance because they are now closed. This woman stared at me for 20 minutes and never asked if she could help me with anything. I made it across the hall with 2 minutes to spare. The sign said closed but the door was open. I was half way checking in on the kiosk and they asked if I knew they closed at 4. I explained what happened and they graciously took me in for my bloodwork. Very thankful that they were so kind."

"I arrived, checked in, was texted to come in within 5 minutes. Lisa was the name of the woman who drew my blood, she did an amazing job! I've had to be stuck up to 13 times at the hospital before because, I have very small and deep veins, she only stuck me once (in the arm ) and got it! Normally, everyone has to go to my hand veins to get blood. Very happy this went so well! Thank you Lisa!"
