"The office was not able to reschedule my annual appointment for 8 months, and when I said I was willing to see any doctor, they said that I could only schedule an annual appointment with my primary care doctor (who I have no relationship with as I have only seen her one or two times). They could only fill my medications with a "med check" appointment (for another co-pay), which they COULD schedule sooner. And if I wanted to switch my primary care doctor, I had to write a written letter saying why I wanted to switch doctors within the SAME practice and it would have to be reviewed and approved by the practice manager????? I am in the medical profession and this seems absurd!"
"If I could give this place a zero I would. I work downstairs for lifespan and chose to switch here. Dr. Stump was condescending and paid no attention to what the issues where. Just to prove her wrong I was actually working in the er with 2 other providers listening stating please don't listen to her!!! The next day I actually saw someone in the office and they didn't agree with her either! my primary Alison Perry doesn't listen at all. I tried to switch primary and the office gave me a real hard time. Mean while when Alison called me back on a different matter she said if I didn't trust her she would have to terminate the relationship. It has been several days I have left several messages and no one has called me back. Both Alison Perry and Dr. Stump are incompetent funny how my whole dept only goes there because they are upstairs and all refuse to see Alison and Stump. I am not to blame for what has happened yet I'm made to be the villain in the scenarios. I have to say Moly Fox was excellent!! The wait time is good! The staff is rude but get mad when you give it back to them. I have been with the same GYN for 25 years and have had no problems. I had the same primary for 25 years and only switched when my primary left. I am disgusted and disappointed. The head doctor is more concerned about her team then the patients I'm shocked at the behavior."
"Dr Bandera is a competent and thorough practitioner and I am grateful for her expertise. Performing more than 400 robotic hysterectomies, I knew I was in good hands and she didn't disappoint. Surgery went well and I didn't have any of the excruciating shoulder pain you get from laprascopic procedures because she takes the time to make sure all the carbon dioxide is released. So very grateful."
"I recently changed doctors based on high recommendations of practice at WMC. Phone experience good in booking apptmt, though a 3 month wait for initial physical, I was also on cancellation list. High praise deserved! Dr. Bortz and staff all kind and professional. I feel in safe hands. The all-woman model is Got blood work done on site; many other services offered as well. A well-run, holistic clinic. The building is large with long and sometimes not well-marked halls. But it is clean and bright and a pleasure to visit. Cafe in adjoining building is nice."
"I have been going here for about a year. I’m usually pretty healthy but recently had a painful injury and was seen promptly, treated with great compassion and got a referral for necessary care. The entire staff from reception to MA, to scribes and Dr Lasson and NP Boyle were truly helpful. I am very grateful to come here for care"
