"I understand that wait times are high due to volume. Why can't they have a tool or website feature which conveys current wait times or give you even a rough estimate of when you might be seen given your check in time and health problem? I'm sure many hospitals already such a feature. On average, definitely a dump of a hospital across the 3 visits we've been here."

"Highly recommended coming here with your kids. The staff listens to what you have to say. The staff is all very nice they take really good care of your kids here. My son spend five days in the hospital for dehydration and they made sure before we left we felt comfortable leaving. Whenever a nurse would come in they’d ask if they could get us anything and explained things in a way we could understand."

"I waited with my son for 4 hours and the emergency room was not even packed at all at least about 4 families waiting in the waiting area but yet was still waiting on a room didn't make much sense to me. As soon as you check in they get paid regardless so they don't care after that. We in much need of a way better children's hospital in Rhode island that's operated right."
