And on sides of building. Radiation technicians are just GREAT! There's so much to say about them. M R I technicians awesome. The parking attendants are so helpful. Please be patient as they get your car we’re not alone there."

"My mom called the on-call doctor on a Sunday. She had an infection they knew about for 4+ days and it had not responded to abx and was getting worse. The on-call doctor told her that she could wait until the next day for a sick visit. They told the on-call that they were going to bring her to the ED. She showed up to the ED in sepsis. If she did follow his suggestion she would have died. This is no exaggeration. The cancer center is in complete denial about the series of events here. I hope you never need to interact with nurse Laura butterfield who basically said "I'm sorry you thought he didn't tell her to go". Go to Boston or New York for treatment. These guys are incompetent and do not care about the well-being of their patients."

"The nicest staff ever - reception, check-in, med tech, phlebotomist, nurses, doctors, EVERYONE. Very kind, patient, helpful, understanding, thorough, helpful, wise and experienced. Getting treatment and infusion here is as good an experience as you can get when you need hematology or oncology treatment. (I would highly recommend Dr. Ballester but she moved some place warmer. With all the snow on the ground as I type this, I don't blame her.)"
