"Gasper neurology keeps marking my reviews as spam. I wish it was spam! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism I have experienced with Dr. Mason Gasper. After a terrifying seizure that landed me in the hospital, I was left without answers or guidance regarding my condition. The urgency of my situation was completely disregarded, and I had to wait 15 days for an appointment. Dr. Gasper has shown a complete lack of concern for my well-being, as evidenced by the absence of any record of my visits to a neurologist. The appointment itself was disorganized and late, and unnecessary tests were scheduled. Dr. Gasper also prescribed medications that were not covered by my insurance and ignored my requests for assistance. I am still awaiting a response regarding the execution of his duties and the discontinuation of prescribed medications. The office environment is also unsatisfactory. Given my experience, I believe Dr. Gasper's license should be revoked to protect future patients. His office is also disgusting"

"Rushed procedure. He did not care to further look into my situation. I never felt so dismissed by a doctor before, clearly just looking to get money and does not care. Rude. Do not recommend at all. He talked to me maybe for a 1 min and gave no other solutions. I went and got another opinion else where and was luckily helped out."

"Be prepared to consistently have your appointment changed. Almost every time I had an appointment, I would receive a call stating that the doctor would not be in that day and asked to reschedule. One time they rescheduled my appointment for a different day without letting me know when I took time off of work, they were adamant that I must have did it and were unapologetic. I had to prove to them from a previous voicemail that they left me that the appointment was for that day. The front desk staff is not friendly either. I have encountered attitude every time I went there or called. They NEVER apologize for anything, not even for rescheduling. I had yet another appointment for 6 months out and even that needed to be rescheduled. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Find a doctor who is more consistent with their schedule and a staff who has better customer service skills."
