"I recently had a really bad reaction to a medication prescribed by Dr. Murray and he not only disregarded my request to go back to the medication I had previously been prescribed for years (prescribed by prev doc), he called and chastised me for not setting up an appointment when the next appointment was almost a month and a half out and he says that we can message him if we need to at the end of every appointment. I messaged him several times and he didn't respond for days. I understand that no one has the time to take care of everyone at all times but I don't think that the appropriate response to someone asking for help after being forced to take off 2+ weeks of work is to talk to them in a condescending manner and offer no solutions other than to call the office and get on the waitlist. Not the best way to treat someone who could be at risk of unaliving themselves."

"Honestly I love having Dr. Murray and his help so far with taking care of my mental health. I don't know about the other reviews but rude is definitely not a word I would use to describe him. The only "unprofessional" thing about him is that he doesn't make me feel like I'm just another body/number to deal with and is laid back about things which I love and makes me feel comfortable."

"Very rude and did not care about anything I told him as well as the recommendations my therapist gave . Every side effect I had from medications was dismissed and I was told that they were something he’s never heard of in his 30 years. Also , I had called his office at CBI to request an appointment. He called me shortly thereafter . Told me that he doesn’t just sit there for 10 mins to talk about medication and that I would need an appointment in the future (which was what I requested) . Continued to belittle me and tell me that my therapist doesn’t have good recommendations and that I disrupted his day off and that’s the only reason he even called me. Talked to his supervisor, not sure if anything ever came from it. Making people that are already struggling mentally cry , is not cool and it’s like he enjoyed it. Would never recommend this man to anybody and frankly, he should lose his license."
