"Went in for a painful tooth ended up with thousands of dollars and several appointments where they quote you a price then once your mouth open add a bunch of things you never agreed to then hit you with a 900$ bill at the desk. When you say “oh it was supposed to be this amount” they make a point to humiliate you in the office lobby. Told me that it was like stealing from Walmart. No actually Walmart tells me the price which you should do prior to doing the work. Three times he had to stop mid dental work because he hadn’t given me enough numbing agent. It was extremely painful. As I’m getting verbally berated in the lobby for not bringing with me 700 bucks more than it was supposed to cost. I’m picking prices of my tooth out of my hair. Both me and my husband ended up with lockjaw after our visits because He shows no care or gentleness half the time he won’t even speak just relays everything through the hygienist. They charge a fee if you don’t show, a fee if you don’t have cash- despite it never being the price quoted and the crown wasn’t covered by insurance and ended up falling out after 8 months. The new dentist says it was never put in correctly and now I get to have a whole new one done. Go someplace, anyplace else I’m still traumatized and have genuine fear of the dentist I never had before. Make sure the work they are doing is actually being done, and that you bring several extra hundred dollars or get called a thief and screamed at if you complain. Used to be a good dentist now all the other doctors have left and there is a reason why. The front desk staff borders on abusive."

"My recent visit to Dr. Bartley Morrow’s office was great. The staff is friendly and attentive and the building is nice. Even though there is a lot of traffic on this road - going to Generational Dental Associates is still worthwhile. My dental technician, Marcia, was friendly and gentle but still thorough. Dr. Bart as usual is always friendly, efficient, and gave me a “clean bill of dental health” which never hurts. Pam"

"We've been going to Dr. Morrow for almost 10 years. Absolutely no complaints about the practice whatsoever. In fact, we continue to go there even after moving to Grove City. Last time we were there, they had a new digital X-ray system that made getting X-rays the easiest and quickest I've ever had. It's great to know Dr. Morrow is adding new technology. Also, our children enjoy going to Dr. Morrow as well. The dental hygienists make it very easy on them."
