"Most time work is good. But always make sure to check there work. They like losing bolts, leaving stuff lose, and just maybe you're transmission won't fall out of the truck, like literally fall out doing serious damage.. Not just once, but twice. They also don't stand behind there work for long, after long enough they seem to think it's acceptable for a transmission to fall out of a truck. Hopefully you read this, and say is it worth coming here for excessive pricing and subpar work. No its definitely not worth it! It is worth it if you have thousands of dollars to just waste paying to get work done to go someplace else. Anywhere else!"
"Amazing service my husband truck needs a def sensor, the broker called this company and had the truck right in. Hopefully, they are able to get him fixed and running again. Staff is very helpful and they have no clue how much we appreciate them."
"Definitely think twice to bring your truck to this company. Monday last week my husband's truck turned off while driving south on Route 81 near Binghamton, NY. I called couple of towing companies and one of them mentioned this place as they service Kenworth trucks. Around 3pm the truck was dropped to this place, but after they started to check the truck in the computer they said one of the parts needed wasn't there and they needed to order, so my husband had to stay overnight sleeping in the truck as the promised next day was going to be ready. Tuesday around 10 I received a call letting me know another day was needed because they had to order new parts. Long story short I had to drive 3 hours on Wednesday to go get my husband who was waiting since Monday, just to experience a really disturbing moment with an employee named Jim, who said was the manager and with a really nasty attitude told me he wasn't going to give me no information even tho we are the owners of the truck, and I was the person who contacted them to bring the truck, another employee in the company was using the companys card to pay for services, he didn't even let me speak when my husband who was waiting outside was walking to his truck to get his stuff so we could leave, he ran and started yelling get out of here, get out of here or I will call the police, you can't walk inside there with thousands of dollars in equipment. My husband said I'm sorry since hes not really fluent in english. We were not able to get his stuff from the truck. I am convinced he was just being racist based on our looks. Next day my husband drove 3 more hours to get his stuff from the truck and he was escorted to his own truck and someone else opened for him... Something that they said it was going to be for next day took 5 days and bigger bill. Only thing nice in that place was another employee named Richard. If you happen to have a problem with your truck around this area, this is not the place to go."
"I didn't have a good experience. The parts that we so desperately needed didn't come in. I drove over an hour to get there. They assured us the parts would be there in the morning. If you bring your truck in for repairs, it's gonna have to go twice cause they just didn't quite fix it right the first time."
"The people here are nice people, but there are very few "qualified techs" for certain applications, and they only work the day shift. Getting to the point, I had numerous visits here pertaining to issues with the International/Caterpillar DPF regen system. After my 2nd visit, we thought the problem was corrected, however I made it as far as New Jersey state line and had a fire under the hood because someone had not properly tightened down a fitting and diesel began pouring out on hot manifold. Someone else repaired that in Jersey, and the exact same codes/shutdown began happening again back within 15miles of Binghamton. Got towed to Stadium one more time to be told that it would be 2 weeks or more before they could look at it because their Cat tech was away for training. Had to tow the thing home, where we found out that all the trouble was the DPF itself, nothing to do with ignitors, burners, anything whatsoever under the hood. And these clowns at Stadium couldn't figure that out, despite being an International dealer and Caterpillar authorized service point. Pffft. We kissed goodbye nearly 20 grand solving this one problem, never mind lost revenue. Incompetent."
