"Do not recommend. I asked about individual vaccines instead of combination vaccines and they said they couldn’t get them it had to be the combination vax or we would be discharged from the practice. I chose to politely tell them we would find a new practice. Very sad when doctors care more about a vax kick back than the actual health and development of the child. After leaving the practice almost 2 years ago I am still having billing issues with them since they did not submit my appointments to my insurance but said they did. I have called multiple times and tried to get this resolved over the last year and a half with no luck. I can’t help but feel they did this on purpose because we chose to switch to a vaccine friendly ped who was able to get individual vaccines. The elderly male doctor was rude and condescending. Do you and your children a favor and look for a different peds office."
"My children have been with Dr.Kline for 18 years and counting . We even moved from area and travel for our pediatrician office that’s now 50 min away … not sure why there are so many bad reviews . Am very pleased with her or we wouldn’t be coming that far. They always work with us and help with needed forms for school and sports . Have seen other doctors as well and received same doctor care. We will keep going until last kids is of age ."
"The nurses and staff were always great, but was not a fan of the doctors. They had no bedside manner and were very abrasive and rude. For example, when we brought our newborn in at a week old, Dr. Klein asked rudely why we forgot to pack a pacifier when our baby started crying. All our experiences were like this. She always seemed annoyed by our questions, gave little advice about what to expect at each stage to first time parents, and was just not a caring personality you would expect around children. Was so happy when we went to a new practice with the most informative and caring doctors."
"Terrible practice. The front desk employees are arrogant and carry themselves like they are actual doctors. The nurses are miserable. I don’t know why they work at facility that caters to children. All 3 visits the nurses dressed like slobs and mumbled rather than actually look at you and speak to clearly and directly. The doctors are worse and come off like they do not care at all about the patient or even make an attempt to listen to what the parent’s concerns are. After 3 visits we tried to see if things would change or would improve and it hasn’t at all. If anything it is worse. Do yourself a favor and look up other offices with better reviews. They have multiple 1-star reviews for a reason."
"Started off well with Dr Klein (pre-pandemic). Always made sure I asked to be booked with her to ensure my child would have the same, hopefully positive experience, while creating a relationship with their doctor. Lately, Dr Klein seems condescending to put it mildly, and at times, just annoyed by our visits. So much so that she thought she was "repeating" herself, with frustration until she read her notes and realized it was her first time making those recommendations. My child ended up getting diagnosed at the ER after 2 or 3 visits to Dr Klein, during which she had downplayed the symptoms as if they were fabricated and completely missed what the problem was (while my kid was suffering for more than 10 days). Weeks later, I called and asked for my child to see a different doctor, was told that it had to be either Dr Klein or go back to the ER. "Has to be a doctor a familiar with child's records" was about what was said by Susan, who relayed the message to me from Dr Schwartz - Dr Klein was absent. Then why would the ER be an option? Even Susan, he receptionist nurse, her tone was rather rude and patronizing. Mocking me, she retorted "Weren't you just in the ER 3 days ago?". From 3 days ago, the ER now is familiar with us, is aware of my kid's records? Is that what she meant? Didn't deal with everyone at that practice but sadly those 2 above definitely will repel patients unless they adjust their attitude. Please be better!"
