Trappe Pediatric Care at Iron Bridge

"Today we received a bill from a collection agency, even though my kid had two insurance providers at the time of service (Dec. 2022)! The service was annual (preventative) child visit, which is FULLY covered by the health insurance. Also, Trappe Pediatric never sent any bill to our address which was always the same! We have been 13 years in the US, and it is the first time we receive a mail from a debt collection agency! We do not appreciate the way this matter is handled by Trappe pediatrics!"

"FTM who has taken my son here since released from the hospital. We see Dr. Warsi regularly for all his check ups and Dr. Warsi is great. He takes the time to explain everything and he listens to any questions or concerns and answers them fully. He is great with my son and a great provider. We have also seen Dr. Vitelli for a sick visit and she was wonderful as well - great personality, very informative and super good with my son. It has been super easy to get all appointments needed here and they have great operating hours, and are able to accommodate same day appointments. The providers stress all the time to bring in your child if something seems off, even if it turns out everything is fine they would rather you bring your kid in. The front desk has always been helpful and nice. The nurses have all been great as well. I used the after hours line on a weekend and received a call back super fast to address my concern. My experience here has been nothing but positive and I look forward to continuing my son's care here for many years. Highly recommend."

"Only doctors office I have never had a single issue with. Been going here since my daughter was born almost 10years ago Dr Brogan is our favorite, but honestly you can't go wrong with any of the doctors. I was shocked to read all the reviews about long wait times on the phone, I definitely have waited 10 minutes and almost always wait 5 minutes when calling, but honestly, I'm ok with a small phone wait if I know I'm going to get excellent care. Nurse always calls me back same day and often within 2 hours of leaving a message. Front desk girls have been there for years and they are awesome. Sometimes overwhelmed, but if you try smiling at them, you will typically get kindness back. I tell EVERYONE how amazing this office and doctors are. Should be able to leave 10 stars"
